Appropriate way of uploading our email correspondence online
The discussion included using Mailman as a central repository, setting up a Discussion board on the website, and just putting up our emails online as a downloadable archive.
Adil will look at each option and update the website to what fits best.
Creation of a Team Logo
It will be given a very low priority with no set date for completion.
Any group member who wishes to attempt this will place blue hats on top of the clouds on our main webpage.
Beginning discussion for the user interface prototype
A truly lively discussion which included using Picasa Albums interface as the base template while utilizing Flickr's photostream and Morphbank News and Updates Section.
There is no planned action at this time other then if individuals group members would like to hack on that idea.
Discussion on how to deal with the posting of documents issue on our website.
The first option would be to try to convert the Appendix A documents into HTML and post it on our Appendix A website. If the usability is poor with the previous approach we will attempt to place a PDF link onto our website that works best. If the posting of the PDF link fails then we will default to the current setup that we have.
One action for sure is that Actor Descriptions and Class Descriptions will be merged into a single document and that SRS 3 and 4 will be in HTML. Adil will attempt to do the options that are posted until one works.
Division of labour for Deliverable 4
All work will be spread evenly
Adil will do the Project Plan and the Raw Case Summary Use Case Point Analysis, Robert will work on Screens and Report Lists, Patrick will do SRS I, Geoff will do SRS II, and Yao will do Attribute Descriptions
